6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central time
Monday-Friday
Open until 7:30 p.m. every second Thursday of the month.
Holiday hours may vary.

Walk-ins are welcome.

Free parking is available in Lot 19, located east of the Hilton Building, at the corner of Second Street Southwest and Second Avenue Southwest. Donor centers will validate parking in any Mayo Clinic ramp.
