Dr. Moss is a consultant in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine and Division of Critical Care Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Moss received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine as well as pulmonary/critical care fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Florida. During residency he was the recipient of the Antonelli Award for outstanding senior resident and also received the Golden Apple Award for the best resident educator.

He has extensive knowledge in critical care medicine including treatments for respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and shock. He is skilled in vascular access procedures and diagnostics, including right heart catherization, central line placement, and temporary transvenous pacemakers. Bronchoscopy skills include endobronchial ultrasound for lymph node biopsies.

He is a member of the executive board of the American Lung Association in Jacksonville, Florida as well as a member of national societies, including American College of Chest Physicians and Pulmonary Hypertension Association.

Outside work, Dr. Moss enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as fishing in the local area.
