Janna L. Huskey, M.D., is a transplant nephrologist at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She specializes in evaluating patients with end stage kidney disease in need of kidney or kidney pancreas transplant and providers care for them after surgery. She is dedicated to helping patients understand their condition and participate actively in decisions throughout the transplant journey.

Dr. Huskey has particular expertise in hematologic malignancies and kidney transplant. She works closely with hematology and kidney pancreas transplant teams to evaluate patients, coordinate treatment and support long-term care before and after transplantation. She also has an interest in non-hematologic malignancies after kidney pancreas transplant.

Dr. Huskey completed nephrology fellowship training at the University of Colorado and transplant fellowship training at the University of Washington. She is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
