Dr. Ali is a neurologist with special expertise in movement disorders. Dr. Ali's expertise also include the following:

  1. Dr. Ali's research focus is atypical parkinsonian disorders as well as Parkinson's disease.
  2. Complex multidisciplinary diagnosis management of movement disorders such as tremor, dystonia, myoclonus, imbalance and gait disorders.
  3. Multidisciplinary diagnostic assessment of rare movement disorders.
  4. Enhancing patient's understanding of diseases
  5. Facilitating coordination of care with other areas at Mayo as well as advanced therapeutic and rehabilitations based treatments.
