تشمل مجالات البحث ما يلي:

  • العلاج المخصص بالخلايا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إنشاء مكتبة من خلايا سرطان المستقيم مأخوذة من المرضى، ويمكن استخدامها لتطوير استراتيجيات علاجية أكثر تخصيصًا.
  • الجراحة الروبوتية مقابل الجراحة بتنظير البطن. تُقارن هذه الدراسة بين الجراحة الروبوتية والجراحة التقليدية بتنظير البطن لعلاج سرطان المستقيم من خلال تقييم مدى تأثير كل نهج في وظائف الأمعاء والجهاز البولي والوظائف الجنسية بعد الجراحة.
