Signs and symptoms of conditions that commonly cause liver enlargement include:

  • Pain in the upper right belly
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle aches (myalgia)
  • Nausea
  • Poor appetite and weight loss
  • Yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes (jaundice)
