分期

医务人员通常根据肝中存在的瘢痕组织数量对肝纤维化进行分期。这些分期有助于估计瘢痕形成的严重程度,以及疾病随时间推移而加重的可能性。

肝纤维化通常使用 F0 至 F4 分期进行描述。

  • F0 指肝部没有瘢痕形成。
  • F1 指存在轻度瘢痕形成,但肝结构基本保持完整。
  • F2 指已经在肝内部开始出现中等程度的瘢痕形成。
  • F3 指晚期瘢痕形成,受累肝脏区域较大且血流被破坏。
  • F4 指肝硬化,这是严重程度最高的分期,瘢痕广泛存在并对肝脏造成持久性损伤。
