生存率

慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者的生存率各不相同。医务人员使用一种称为预后评分的方法来确定某些类型癌症的生存概率。慢性淋巴细胞白血病的预后评分范围为 0 到 10 分。评分越高,生存概率越低。评分取决于:

  • 年龄。
  • 所患癌症中是否存在某些基因改变。
  • 血液中一种具体蛋白质的含量。
  • 癌症的分期。

例如,对于评分为 0 到 1 分的慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者,五年生存率约为 90%。对于评分为 0 到 1 分的患者,10 年生存率约为 86%。随着评分升高,生存率会降低。对于评分为 7 到 10 分的慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者,生存至少五年的概率约为 23%。对于评分为 7 到 10 分的患者,10 年生存率为 0%。

请记住,生存率统计数据需要 5 年或 10 年才能收集完毕。最新的生存率数据包括五年多前接受慢性淋巴细胞白血病治疗的患者。这些患者可能没有接受过最新疗法。在过去数十年间,慢性淋巴细胞白血病的死亡率持续下降,生存率稳步提升。
