如果您被诊断患有肛门癌，则您可能需要接受其他检查，以查明癌细胞是否已发生扩散。这些检查可以帮助医疗护理团队了解您癌症的程度（也称为分期）。癌症分期检查通常包括成像检查。这些检查可能查找淋巴结或身体其他部位是否存在癌症体征。您的医疗团队使用您的癌症分期检查结果来帮助制定您的治疗计划。

肛门癌的分期范围为 1 期到 4 期。最小的数字意味着癌症病灶小并且仅发生在肛管中。较高的分期意味着癌症处于较晚期。治疗方案取决于肛门癌的类型。此外也取决于癌细胞是否局限于肛管，还是已扩散至其他器官。

1 期肛门癌

1 期癌症的部位较小且仍局限于肛门区域。未累及淋巴结。

2 期肛门癌

在 2 期，癌症体积较大，仍主要局限于肛门区域。无淋巴结受累或仅有少量淋巴结受累。

3 期肛门癌

在 3 期，癌症已进展，并可能已转移至淋巴结，或侵犯邻近器官，包括阴道、尿道或膀胱。

4 期肛门癌

4 期癌症已经转移至远处器官。
