Mayo Clinic researchers study ways to improve ERCP and other advanced endoscopic procedures. Research includes testing new scopes and tools and using artificial intelligence to help evaluate narrowed bile ducts. Researchers also study ways to improve tissue sampling during ERCP to help diagnose cancer.
