New! The Penske Arrival Building, the newest arrival option on Mayo Clinic's downtown campus is now open. Featuring a climate-controlled drop-off location and valet station, the Penske Arrival Building offers patients a comfortable, coatless arrival experience. Located on the northern edge of the downtown campus, it provides a convenient way to avoid downtown construction with easy indoor access to destinations across the downtown campus (350-foot walk via underground pedestrian subway to the Gonda Building). Appointments before Nov. 5 Gonda Building appointment: Gonda east valet station (6 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Friday) Mayo Building appointment: Gonda east valet station (6 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Friday) Hilton Building appointment: Guggenheim Building valet station (6 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Friday) Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center appointment: Penske Arrival Building (6 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Friday) Baldwin Building appointment: Baldwin valet station (7:30 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday–Friday) Charlton and Eisenberg Building appointments: Charlton west valet station (5:15 a.m.–9 p.m., Monday–Friday, including holidays) Jacobson or Eisenberg Building appointments: Andersen Building (6 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Friday) Saint Marys Campus appointment: Mary Brigh valet station (5 a.m.–10 p.m., Monday–Friday) For convenience, vehicles may be picked up from any valet station, regardless of where they were originally dropped off.
