Patient drop-off locations are available at convenient locations across the downtown campus, allowing patients to choose a drop-off location based on the location of their first appointment.

New! The Penske Arrival Building, the newest arrival option on Mayo Clinic's downtown campus, will open Thursday, October 8. Featuring a climate-controlled drop-off location and valet station, the Penske Arrival Building offers patients a comfortable, coatless arrival experience. Located on the northern edge of the downtown campus, it provides a convenient way to avoid downtown construction with easy indoor access to destinations across the downtown campus (350-foot walk via underground pedestrian subway to the Gonda Building).
