Rochester construction updates Changes to the Baldwin Parking Ramp entrance Starting Monday, September 29, vehicles will not be able to travel between levels inside the Baldwin Parking Ramp due to ongoing construction. During this phase, patients can access the ramp via two separate access points: 4th Avenue SW: Vehicles may enter and exit the Baldwin Patient Parking Ramp from 4th Avenue SW to access the lower-level parking. 3rd Street SW: Vehicles may enter and exit the Baldwin Patient Parking Ramp from 3rd Street SW to access the ground-level parking. Flaggers will be stationed at each entrance to direct drivers to the entrance with available parking or to the Baldwin Lot for overflow parking.
