Nutrition guidance for therapeutic diets
If a nutrition facts report is not available for your therapeutic diet, please consult the Master Menu Nutrition Report, which contains a complete list of menu items. Because portion sizes are adjusted to meet dietary needs, nutritional values may vary.

Each dining tray also includes a ticket with your meal choices and a QR code that links directly to the nutritional details of your order.

Texture modified diet (PDF) - For people on a texture modified diet, IDDSI diet, or mechanical soft diet
