Grotz, M.D., assistant professor of surgery and surgical oncologist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, discusses stomach (gastric) cancer risks, signs and symptoms, diagnosis, staging, and treatments including hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) and immunotherapy. Dr. Grotz's clinical research focuses on optimizing regional chemotherapy for gastrointestinal malignancies with peritoneal metastasis.
