Sarah L. Rassier, M.D., M.P.H., is a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon and Director of the Fibroid Clinic at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Her clinical focus includes:
- Expertise in management of gynecologic conditions that can cause pelvic pain or abnormal bleeding
- Surgical treatments, with a focus on minimally invasive approaches
- Coordinating care for women with uterine fibroids, including access to all medical, radiologic or surgical treatments
In addition to her clinical activities, Dr. Rassier is active in clinical research, with a particular interest in research on hysterectomy outcomes, tissue extraction techniques and disparities in surgical treatments within women's health.
Dr. Rassier is also passionate about medical education and serves as a mentor for medical students, residents and fellows.
