Biographical summary
Felix Knauf, M.D., is a board-certified nephrologist who has a long-standing interest in tubulorenal disorders of the kidney. He is a Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
He attended medical school at Charité University, Berlin, Germany. He completed his doctoral thesis, internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine.
His clinical practice focuses on rare kidney disorders with a special emphasis on electrolyte and kidney stone disorders. His clinical and research work is focused on improving the care of patient with tubulorenal disorders.
