Research

Mayo Clinic researchers are working to improve diagnosis and treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhages. Specific efforts include improved imaging of bleeding and looking at factors that affect treatment outcomes. Mayo Clinic researchers also have contributed to guidelines for the care of people who have a subarachnoid hemorrhage due to a burst aneurysm.
