Expertise and rankings Print Mayo Clinic's Pain Rehabilitation Center (PRC) was one of the first pain rehabilitation programs in the world. In operation since 1974 in Rochester, Minnesota, the PRC has helped thousands of people with chronic pain. Similar centers were established in 2011 at Mayo Clinic's campus in Jacksonville, Florida, and in 2016 at Mayo Clinic's campus in Phoenix, Arizona.
