Mark R. Waddle, M.D., is a radiation oncologist at Mayo Clinic. He treats a wide range of malignant and benign conditions.   • Treatment of breast cancer including localized, advanced, and oligometastatic treatment
  • Treatment of genitourinary malignancies including prostate cancer, bladder, cancer, testicular cancer, and penile cancers.
  • Treatment of lung malignancies, including treatment with stereotactic body radiation and intensity modulated radiation therapy.

Dr. Waddle's research focuses on health services research and clinical informatics with a special focus on using advances in data science and technology to identify opportunities to improve treatment techniques, reduce complications from treatment, and to improve the patient experience.

Another research focus of Dr. Waddle is in the value and economics of oncology care, with a goal of defining and improving the value of care delivery in the United States on an individual, local, and national level.
