Biographical summary
Dr. Sarayna McGuire is a practicing physician in both Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Emergency Medicine, and is active in education, clinical medicine, and research.
She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where she served as a military police officer, which has led to interests in tactical medicine, preventing and mitigating workplace violence, risk management in the healthcare setting, and improving integrated system collaboration, such as between the prehospital and hospital environments.
She is an assistant professor at the Mayo Clinic and Associate Medical Director of Quality and Research for the Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service.
