Jennifer (Oliveira) Herrick, M.D., is a board-certified Hematopathologist with expertise in neoplastic and non-neoplastic disorders of the blood, bone marrow and lymph nodes. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

Dr. Herrick attended medical school at University of Nevada School of Medicine. She obtained training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and subspecialty training in Hematopathology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed a Surgical Pathology fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Herrick's clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis of patients with neoplastic and non-neoplastic blood and bone marrow disorders, including molecular genetics associated with these conditions. Her research interests include: Hemoglobin disorders, red blood cell enzymopathies, red blood cell membrane disorders, methemoglobinemia, and hereditary erythrocytosis conditions.
