Fouad El Chidiac, M.D.

Fouad El Chidiac, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida with expertise in mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.

Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Dr. El Chidiac was an in-patient psychiatrist at Dover Behavioral Health in Dover, Delaware where he also served as the associate medical director.

Dr. El Chidiac completed his psychiatry residency at Washington University in St. Louis/Barnes Jewish Hospital. Prior to that, he completed his medical school at the University of Balamand, Faculty of Medical Sciences, in Lebanon.

He has publications particularly centered around biomarkers and their correlations to mental health. His areas of interest include mood disorders, consultation psychiatry, and integrated behavioral health.
