Rochester construction updates Updated Sept. 21, 2026 Valet and drop-off locations are changing this fall If you have an appointment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester this fall, your recommended valet or patient drop-off location may change. The October arrival transitions will take place on three dates: On Oct. 1, Gonda East opens for valet and Gonda North transitions from valet to patient drop-off. On Oct. 8, Arrival Building opens for valet and drop-off and Gonda West closes. On Oct. 15, Guggenheim Building opens for valet and Mayo South valet closes (the entrance will be maintained for both patient and staff pedestrian access). Before your appointment Your recommended valet or patient drop-off location will depend on the location of your first appointment. As the changes take effect, updated arrival guidance will be available through the Parking and Drop-off Navigator. Check the Navigator shortly before traveling to campus for the most current recommendation based on the location of your first appointment of the day.
