Rochester construction updates Valet and drop-off locations are changing this fall If you have an appointment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester this fall, your recommended valet or patient drop-off location may change. Changes will take place in two phases: Oct 1: Valet locations change The Gonda Building’s east entrance reopens for valet only. Guggenheim Building’s west entrance opens as a valet location. Mayo Building’s south entrance valet closes (after final service Sept. 30). Gonda Building's north entrance valet closes (after final service Sept. 30). Oct. 8: Patient drop-off locations change The new Arrival Building opens for patient drop-off as well as valet service. Gonda Building's north entrance opens for patient drop-off. Gonda Building’s west entrance permanently closes (after final service on Oct. 7). Before your appointment Your recommended valet or patient drop-off location will depend on the location of your first appointment. You do not need to choose a new arrival location now. As the changes take effect, updated arrival guidance will be available through the Parking and Drop-off Navigator. Check the Navigator shortly before traveling to campus for the most current recommendation based on the location of your first appointment of the day. Mayo Clinic also will share updated arrival information through pre-appointment communications, the Patient Appointment Guide, onsite signage and in-person support.
