Rochester construction updates West Center Street traffic pattern change On October 6, Damon Parking Ramp demolition activity will require West Center Street between Third and Fourth Avenue Northwest to be reduced to a single lane. This portion of the road will be designated as one-way for westbound traffic only. Access for the West Parking Ramp, the Co-Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, and the Residence Inn will be maintained. Beginning Thursday, October 16, the westbound one-way street traffic pattern on West Center Street will extend eastward, spanning from First Avenue to Fourth Avenue. Two-way traffic will resume from Fourth Avenue westward. Patients and visitors are still encouraged to use West Center Street to access the Graham Parking Ramp.
