A Study of APG-2575 Alone or in Combination with Other Therapeutic Agents to Treat Relapsed and/or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability, identify dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) and determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) / recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of APG-2575. A Study to Evaluate Immunotherapy and Ovarian Function Among Pre-menopausal Melanoma Survivors Rochester, Minn. The purposes of this study are to analyze the ovarian function of female premenopausal melanoma survivors who have undergone immunotherapy, and compare with data from age-matched controls, prospectively investigate ovarian function in premenopausal women with melanoma undergoing immunotherapy, and to identify the impact of ovarian function change on the frequency and function of CD8+ T cells during immunotherapy. Cardio-Oncology Clinic Registry Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to establish a retrospective and prospective clinical registry of patients seen in the cardio-oncology clinic to characterize trends in the composition and outcomes of the population seen in the clinic, as well as initial clinical analyses on cardiovascular toxicities. A Study to Determine Baseline Levels for Prostate Cancer-Derived Particles Containing Cellular Matter (Extracellular Vesicles) After Local Treatment Rochester, Minn. The purposes of this study are to determine the levels of prostate cancer-derived extracellular vesicles pre- and post-local therapy (radical prostatectomy or radiation therapy), to correlate analysis for PSA levels and prostate cancer-derived extracellular vesicles, and to determine baseline levels of prostate cancer-derived extracellular vesicles in patients undergoing different lines of primary local treatment. SX-682 Treatment in Subjects With Metastatic Melanoma Concurrently Treated With Pembrolizumab Rochester, Minn. The primary objective of this study is to determine the safety profile of SX-682 alone and in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with metastatic melanoma, including the maximum dose that can be administered until adverse effects prevent further dose increases (i.e., the MTD or recommended phase 2 dose), and the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT). The secondary objectives are to evaluate the efficacy of SX-682 in combination with pembrolizumab on the basis of the objective response rate, the duration of response, and the rate of progression, and to characterize the single-dose and multidose pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of SX-682. Cutaneous Lymphoma Database Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to create a long-term, prospective database of cutaneous lymphoma that will lead to a better understanding of the biological behavior of cutaneous lymphomas as well as the effectiveness of interventions. A Global Study to Assess the Effects of MEDI4736, Given as Monotherapy or in Combination With Tremelimumab Determined by PD-L1 Expression Versus Standard of Care in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This study is a Phase III, randomised, open label, multi-centre study assessing the efficacy and safety of MEDI4736 versus Standard of Care in NSCLC patients with PD-L1 positive tumours and the combination of MEDI4736 plus tremelimumab (MEDI4736+treme) versus Standard of Care in NSCLC patients with PD-L1-negative tumours in the treatment of male and female patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC (Stage IIIB-IV), who have received at least 2 prior systemic treatment regimens including 1 platinum-based chemotherapy regimen for NSCLC. Patients with known EGFR (Epidermal growth factor receptor) tyrosine kinase (TK) activating mutations and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) rearrangements are not eligible for the study (prospective testing is not planned within this study). The Standard of Care options are: an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (erlotinib [TARCEVA®]), gemcitabine or vinorelbine (NAVELBINE®). A Study of HFB200301 in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200301 in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200301 is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the dose of study drug that was determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer the participants have. A Study to Evaluate the Surgical Removal of Residual Brain Tumors Prior to Recurrence Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of surgical resection for pre-recurrent brain tumors. Eligible patients with surgically accessible latent tumors desiring surgical resection will be enrolled to prospectively track short- and long-term outcomes. Safety will be evaluated by quantifying rates of surgical morbidity as compared to patients undergoing RT after surgery, or no surgery for similar latent disease. Variables evaluated will include postoperative complications including death within 30 days, wound infection, length of hospital stay, and readmission rates. Oligomets pancreas SBRT Jacksonville, Fla. The primary endpoint for this study will compare PFS between SBRT + standard chemotherapy vs. standard chemotherapy alone in patients with oligometastatic pancreatic cancer. PFS is defined as the time from randomization to the first of either disease progression or death from any cause, where disease progression will be determined based on RECIST 1.1 criteria and will be documented at each enrolling site with no central review planned. News & World Report.
