A Study Of CA-4948 In Patients With Relapsed Or Refractory Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. This is a multi-center, open-label trial of orally administered CA-4948 monotherapy in adult patients with Relapsed or Refractory NHL. The trial will be conducted in 2 parts: an initial Dose Escalation Phase (Part A) of CA-4948 in patients with Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, (RR NHL) and a Dose Expansion Phase (Part B) of CA-4948 in patients with RR NHL with and without myeloid differentiation primary response 88 (MYD88) mutations. During Part B, patients will be enrolled regardless of MYD88 mutation status. Expanded Access Study For The Treatment Of Patients With Commercially Out-of-Specification Axicabtagene Ciloleucel Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The goal of this study is to provide access to axicabtagene ciloleucel for patients diagnosed with a disease approved for treatment with axicabtagene ciloleucel, that is otherwise out of specification for commercial release. Leveraging Methylated DNA Markers (MDMs) In The Detection Of Endometrial Cancer And Cervical Cancer: A Phase II Clinical Study La Crosse, Wis., Rochester, Minn., Eau Claire, Wis., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to develop a pan-gynecologic cancer detection test using gynecologic (unique endometrial, cervical, and ovarian cancer) cancer-specific methylated DNA markers and high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) detected in vaginal fluid and/or plasma. A Study of Women undergoing Mammogram Screening at Mountain Park Clinic Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The goal of this research is to identify risk profiles of women (with particular emphasis on Hispanic women) for breast cancer based on family history, breast density and other factors known to impact risk such as age, weight, age at menarche, age at birth of first child, etc. Human Blood and Tissues Repository for Neuroscience Research Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to collect adult human blood, cerebrospinal fluid, brain, and spine tissues/fluids at time of surgery in order to conduct future studies of the cellular mechanisms of tissue invasion utilized by brain and spine tumors of the central nervous system (CNS). Testing The Use Of Chemotherapy After Surgery For High-Risk Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. A Study To Evaluate Immune-related Biomarkers For Pathological Response In Stage II-III HER2-positive Breast Cancer Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) of multi-epitope HER2 vaccine vs. placebo in combination with ado-trastuzumab emtansine (TTT-DM1) in patients with stage II-III HER2+ breast cancer with residual disease post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and to evaluate the safety of multi-epitope HER2 vaccine given concurrently with T-DM1 maintenance therapy. MC230818 Understanding The Mechanisms Of Clonal And Non-clonal Cytopenia Following CAR-T Therapy Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., La Crosse, Wis., Mankato, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Eau Claire, Wis., Albert Lea, Minn. This clinical trial evaluates the impact of preexisting and therapy-emergent germline and somatic variants on cytopenia in patients with multiple myeloma or CD19 positive lymphoproliferative disorder (LPD) following chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. The most common adverse event after CAR-T therapy is lower than normal blood cells (cytopenia) and up to one third of patients experience cytopenia that last longer than 30 days post-infusion. Germline and somatic variants are changes in genes found using cancer genomic tests. Cancer genetic/genomic testing is a series of tests that find specific changes in cancer cells or in blood deoxyribonucleic acid. Identifying gene mutations may help identify the risk of cytopenia in patients with multiple myeloma or CD19 positive LPD following CAR-T therapy. A Study Of The Drugs Selumetinib Vs. Carboplatin And Vincristine In Patients With Low-Grade Glioma Rochester, Minn. This study aims to demonstrate that the efficacy of treatment with selumetinib as measured by event-free survival (EFS) is non-inferior compared to treatment with carboplatin/vincristine (CV) in previously-untreated low-grade glioma (LGG) not associated with BRAFV600E mutations or systemic neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1). A Study Evaluating The Safety, Efficacy, And Pharmacokinetics Of Mosunetuzumab And A Combined Regimen Of Mosunetuzumab And Venetoclax In Participants With Relapsed Or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Rochester, Minn. This study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmaokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of mosunetuzumab (Lunsumio) monotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). This study will also allow participants who are currently progressing on a Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi) and requiring salvage therapy as assessed by the treating physician to continue their BTKi throughout the screening period and for the first three cycles of mosunetuzumab. An additional arm (open to non-US participants only) has been added to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of mosunetuzumab in combination with venetoclax, a B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL2) inhibitor. News & World Report.
