1. Phase 2 Trial Of Voyager V1 In Combination With Cemiplimab In Cancer Patients

   Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the preliminary anti-tumor activity and confirm the safety of VV1 in combination with Cemiplimab. The study will enroll patients with three distinct separate tumor cohorts. The cancers types are colorectal, head and neck carcinoma, and melanoma that are progressing on CPI treatment. Currently the study is enrolling only to the HNSCC cohort.

2. A Study to Collect Ovarian Tissue from Girls Undergoing Fertility-preserving Cryopreservation

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to study the handling of ovarian tissue, cryopreservation technology, and oocyte maturation for female pediatric cancer patients and other female patients whose future fertility will be affected due to a disease or treatment.

3. Impact Of Surgical Removal Or Reduction Procedures On Markers Of Immune Function In Adult Patients With Renal And Bladder Tumors And Pediatric Patients With Genitourinary Tumors

   The purpose of this study is to find out more about certain markers of immune suppression in people with kidney tumors (whether the tumors are benign or cancer). Also want to find out if kidney tumor treatment leads to an improvement in these immune markers.

4. Safety and Efficacy Study of MLN0128 in Combination With Exemestane or Fulvestrant in Postmenopausal Women With ER/PR+ Metastatic Breast Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   This is a phase 1b/2 study of the safety and efficacy of MLN0128 in combination with exemestane or fulvestrant therapy in women with estrogen receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (ER+/HER2-) advanced or metastatic breast cancer that has progressed on treatment with everolimus in combination with exemestane or fulvestrant.

5. Cancer Distress Management Program for Liver and Biliary Cancer within a SPORE

   Rochester, Minn.

   The aim of this study is to develop a feasible, acceptable, and sustainable comprehensive cancer distress management program that is tailored to the unique needs of cancer patient survivors.

    

6. A Study to Evaluate TAB006, as Monotherapy and in Combination with Toripalimab, in Patients with Previously Treated, Advanced Malignancies

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of multiple doses of TAB006 as monotherapy and in combination with toripalimab to treat advanced malignancies.

7. A Study to Establish a Retinoblastoma Patient Clinical Database and Tissue Repository

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to systematically and prospectively record accurate and complete data regarding the clinical presentation, treatment, and outcomes of patients diagnosed with RB; collect, bank, preserve, and analyze biomaterials from patients with RB, and to correlate phenotypic data with findings from human biomaterials.

    

8. A Bio-bank for Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease Associated Neoplasia

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to collect blood and stool samples to validate and improve the performance of stool and blood DNA markers for inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal neoplasia critical to the long-term goal of improving effectiveness of neoplasia detection in patients using non-invasive biomarkers to assist colonoscopy and radiographic screening. 

9. A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of Remdesivir to Treat Coronavirus Disease 2019 in an Outpatient Setting

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effietiveness of remdesivir (RDV) in reducing the rate of of all-cause medically attended visits (MAVs; medical visits attended in person by the participant and a health care professional) or death in non-hospitalized participants with early stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to evaluate the safety of RDV administered in an outpatient setting.

10. A Study to Evaluate Same Day Discharge Post-mastectomy with/without Alloplastic Breast Reconstruction

    In the light of the pandemic, institutions have had to take greater precautions and instigate procedures to aim to improve safety and reduce risk for patients undergoing surgery. One intiative was designed to implement a same day discharge for patients undergoing mastectomy with or without alloplastic reconstruction. This study aims to evaluate the outcomes and patient satisfaction with same day mastectomy with or without alloplastic reconstruction following COVID-19 and compare satisfaction and outcomes (e.g complications) with patients pre-COVID 19. This is part of a quality improvement project.
