1. Gynecologic Extramammary Paget's Disease

   Rochester, Minn.

   In addition to evaluating treatment outcomes, tissue samples and swabs will be collected as part of this study to allow physicians to better understand Extramammary Paget's Disease (EMPD). The researchers also want to learn more about the microorganisms (microbiome) that live on or near the areas of skin affected by EMPD, in order to better understand this condition.

2. Evaluating Markers which Might be a Predictor of Pancreatic Cancer or Precancer by Analyzing the Secretions (fluid) from a Pancreatic cyst

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate molecular markers which might be a predictor of pancreatic cancer or precancer by analyzing the secretions (fluid) from a pancreatic cyst, pancreas fluid and tissue from a resected pancreatic cyst.

3. A study of how current treatments impact the course of relapsed myeloma and the effect of the treatments on the quality-of-life measurements.

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The primary goal of this study is to determine the impact of standard of care therapies for TCR MM, in a real-world setting, on patient-reported symptoms, functioning, and QoL, measured prospectively using questionnaires. The secondary goal is to asses clinical endopoints associated with standard of care therapies for TCR MM, in a real-world setting during 12 months of observation. 

4. Inotuzumab Ozogamicin and Frontline Chemotherapy in Treating Young Adults With Newly Diagnosed B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

   Rochester, Minn.

   This partially randomized phase III trial studies the side effects of inotuzumab ozogamicin and how well it works when given with frontline chemotherapy in treating patients with newly diagnosed B acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Monoclonal antibodies, such as inotuzumab ozogamicin, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving inotuzumab ozogamicin with chemotherapy may work better in treating young adults with B acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

5. Mayo Clinic Cancer Center Neuro-Oncology Program Registry and Biobank for the Study of Nervous System Tumors

   Rochester, Minn.

   Biospecimen banks are a modern attempt to centralize collections of human blood and tissue samples along with health information and personal history. The Neuro-Oncology Program Registry and Biobank will be used for research purposes to increase our understanding of nervous system tumors.

6. A Study to Evaluate the Impact of Non-invasive Tests for Bladder Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   Levels of bladder cancer-derived extracellular vesicles become undetectable after radical cystectomy in patients with localized bladder cancer. This study hopes to determine the levels of bladder cancer-derived extracellular vesicles pre- and post-RC.

7. Minimally Invasive Molecular Approaches for the Diagnosis of Barrett's Esophagus and Esophageal Adenocarcinoma

   Rochester, Minn., Mankato, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Eau Claire, Wis., Austin, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   This study will evaluate if the sponge capsule device can accurately detect the presence of Barrett's Esophagus and prevalent dysplasia/adenocarcinoma detection, in a screening population, with and without chronic gastroesophageal reflux disease.

8. A Study to Assess Adverse Events of Intravenously (IV) Infused ABBV-383 in Adult Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to determine adverse events and change in disease symptoms of ABBV-383 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R Multiple Myeloma (MM). This study includes 2 parts; step-up dose optimization (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2). In Part 1, different level of step-up doses are tested followed by the target dose of ABBV-383. In Part 2, the step-up dose identified in Part 1 will be used followed by the target dose of ABBV-383. 

9. A Study to Evaluate APG2575 Combined with Novel Therapeutic Regimens To Treat Subjects with Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma and Immunoglobulin Light Chain Amyloidosis

   Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability, identify dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD and recommended phase II dose (RP2D of APG2575 in combination with Pomalidomide/dexamethasone (Pd) in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM), or immunoglobulin light chain (AL) amyloidosis, and to evaluate the safety and tolerability, identify dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) and the maximum tolerated dose (MTD and recommended phase II dose (RP2D of APG2575 in combination with Daratumumab/Lenalidomide/dexamethasone (DRd) in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM).

    

10. Long-term Follow Up of Patients Previously Enrolled in MC1137 (BEAUTY)

    Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

    The purpose of this study is to extend the follow up on the BEAUTY study (MC1137) cohort and collect additional blood samples to evaluate for minimal residual disease and tissue at the time of any breast cancer recurrence.
