Oncolytic Adenovirus Coding For TNFa And IL2 (TILT-123) With Pembrolizumab Or Pembrolizumab And Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin As Treatment For Ovarian Cancer. (PROTA) Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety [including dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs)] of the combination therapy of TILT-123 and pembrolizumab in patients with platinum resistant or refractory ovarian cancer. A Study of Navicixizumab Monotherapy or in Combination in Patients With Select Advanced Solid Tumors Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to investigate the antitumor activity of navicixizumab monotherapy or in combination with paclitaxel or irinotecan in patients with advanced solid tumors including: Cohort A: Colorectal cancer (CRC); Cohort B: Gastric and gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer; Cohort C: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC); Cohort D: Platinum-resistant/refractory epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer (ovarian cancer). A Study of Tucatinib With Trastuzumab and mFOLFOX6 Versus Standard of Care Treatment in First-line HER2+ Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (MOUNTAINEER-03) Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to find out if tucatinib with other cancer drugs works better than standard of care to treat participants with HER2 positive colorectal cancer. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating your disease. Participants in this study have colorectal cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) and/or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). BiCaZO: A Study Combining Two Immunotherapies (Cabozantinib and Nivolumab) to Treat Patients With Advanced Melanoma or Squamous Cell Head and Neck Cancer, an immunoMATCH Pilot Study Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of molecular characterization based on tumor mutational burden (TMB) for participant stratification, as assessed by the proportion of participants with less than or equal to a 21-day turnaround time for biopsy results in Stage I of the study. Also, to evaluate the feasibility of molecular characterization based on TMB and gene expression profiling (GEP) (for TIS - tumor inflammation signature) for stratification in the overall study (Stage I and Stage II). Additinoally, to evaluate the effectiveness by overall response rate (ORR – defined as confirmed and unconfirmed partial responses plus complete responses) of cabozantinib plus nivolumab in each disease cohort, both across and within tumor biomarker subgroups. A Study of Lutetium Lu 177 Dotatate (Lutathera®) in Patients with Inoperable, Progressive Meningioma after External Beam Radiation Therapy Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to estimate the efficacy of LUTATHERA treatment in patients with recurrent grade 1 meningioma as measured by 6-month PFS rate, and to estimate the efficacy of LUTATHERA treatment in patients with recurrent grade 2 or 3 meningioma as measured by 6-month PFS rate. Group Curriculum for Improving Survivorship Outcomes in Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to develop the curriculum and assess its feasibility and impact on equipping young adults to better manage these aspects of survivorship: follow up medical care, work/school life, relationships and coping with the emotional impact of cancer survivorship. A Study to Develop a Biorepository of Blood Samples from Cancer Patients Participating in the Gemini (IRB 19-006717) Protocol Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to develop a biorepository of blood samples from cancer patients participating in the Gemini (IRB 19-006717) protocol. These samples will be used for future biomarker discovery and other translational studies. The Impact of a Geriatric Assessment in Elderly Patients with Multiple Myeloma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the association between a baseline comprehensive geriatric assessment (cGA) and chemotherapy toxicity in the first 4 months of treatment measured by treatment-related adverse events, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), and treatment discontinuation in older patients (≥ 65 years) with multiple myeloma (MM). Multiple myeloma (MM) is a blood cancer that affects a type of white cell called plasma cell. It mainly affects older individuals and has an average age at diagnosis of 69 years. Perfusion MRI for Therapy Response Assessment in Brain Cancer Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to improve patient care by optimizing and measuring magnetic resonance imaging methods for the early detection of brain cancer response to therapy. A Study to Test Nivolumab with Usual Chemotherapy Treatment or Usual Chemotherapy Treatment Alone to Treat Recurrent or Metastatic Nasopharyngeal Cancer Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of adding nivolumab to the usual chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin with gemcitabine) versus the usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with nasopharyngeal cancer that has come back (recurrent) or spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, carboplatin, and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab with the usual chemotherapy may work better than the usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with nasopharyngeal cancer. News & World Report.
