1. A Novel Vaccine (EO2463) as Monotherapy and in Combination, for Treatment of Patients With Indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to define the recommended dose, safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and preliminary effectiveness of EO2463 during monotherapy and in combination with lenalidomide and/or rituximab in patients with indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).

2. Leveraging Methylated DNA Markers (MDMs) in the Detection of Endometrial Cancer and Cervical Cancer: a Phase II Clinical Study

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to develop a pan-gynecologic cancer detection test using gynecologic (unique endometrial, cervical, and ovarian cancer) cancer-specific methylated DNA markers and high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) detected in vaginal fluid and/or plasma.

    

3. MC230818 Understanding the mechanisms of clonal and non-clonal cytopenia following CAR-T therapy (MC230818)

   Rochester, Minn., Mankato, Minn., La Crosse, Wis., Eau Claire, Wis., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Albert Lea, Minn.

   Determine the preexisting and therapy-emergent germline and somatic variants associated with an increased risk of clonal and non-clonal cytopenia following CAR-T cell therapy.

4. A Study of 177Lu-FAP-2286 in Advanced Solid Tumors (LuMIERE)

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of [177Lu]Lu-FAP-2286 as monotherapy in participants with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and breast cancer (BC) and in combination with chemotherapy in participants with untreated PDAC or relapsed NSCLC.

5. MRD Guided, Fixed Duration Therapy With Loxo-305 and Venetoclax for Previously Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine if a new drug combination, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, will help Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) cancer, as well as learn more about the side effects of this drug combination.

   Everyone in this study will receive pirtobrutinib and venetoclax. Venetoclax is U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved for the treatment of CLL and SLL. Pirtobrutinib is currently being studied in patients with CLL but it is not FDA approved yet. This drug combination is still experimental and is not approved by the FDA. Discontinuation of pirtobrutinib and venetoclax based on minimal residual disease (MRD) results is also investigational. However, the FDA has allowed the use of this drug combination in this research study.

6. A Study to Compare Treatment With the Drug Selumetinib Alone Versus Selumetinib and Vinblastine in Patients With Recurrent or Progressive Low-Grade Glioma

   Rochester, Minn.

   The primary objectives of this study are to determine the maximum tolerated dose/recommended phase 2 dose (MTD/RP2D) of selumetinib + vinblastine for children with progressive or recurrent LGGs, and to determine if selumetinib + vinblastine will lead to improved event-free survival (EFS) outcome compared with selumetinib alone for children with progressive or recurrent LGGs.

7. A Study to Evaluate Immune and Hematopoietic Cell Assessment in Clonal B Cell Conditions

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the immune and hematopoietic compartments in patients with monoclonal B cell lymphocytosis (MBL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in comparison to age-matched healthy control (HC) donors.

8. A Study to Detect Prostate Cancer Extraprostatic Extension with Slip Interface Imaging Determined Tumor Slip Length

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the perfomance a MR-based imaging technology (named Slip Interface Imaging) in predicting extraprostatic extension in prostate cancers.  

9. A Study to Establish a Research Tissue Bank for Myeloproliferative Neoplasms

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to credential novel therapeutic approaches which can then be transitioned to the clinic for near-term mechanism based clinical trials in this research consortium. There is a need for new treatments for myelofibrosis (MF) patients based on laboratory insight into disease pathogenesis. We will use primary patient samples to understand how different genetic mutations contribute to MF development and to test novel treatment approaches.

    

    

    

    

10. Protein-bound Paclitaxel, Cisplatin, And Gemcitabine (GCN) Combined with Tumor Treatment Fields (TTF) in Patients with Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

    The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of a specific treatment regimen (protein-bound Paclitaxel, Cisplatin, And Gemcitabine (GCN)) combined with a device called Tumor Treatment Fields (TTF) in preventing tumor growth in paitents with recurrent recurrent and/or metastatic pancreatic cancer (met-PC).
