Melanoma In-transit Tissue Bank And Molecular Analysis For Personalized Therapies Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to establish a tissue bank to collect patient tissue for genomic analysis, allowing identification of genomic signatures that predict response and failure to the individual therapy. Once this is complete treatment will be directed based on the genomic signature of patients individual tumor. Study Of RYZ401 In Subjects With Solid Tumors Expressing SSTRs. Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The primary objectives are to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) and optimal treatment regimen, characterize safety and tolerability, and evaluate preliminary efficacy of RYZ401 in subjects with NETs and other selected solid tumors expressing SSTRs. Leveraging AI/ML Algorithms On Digital Pathology And Ex-Vivo Confocal Microscopy Imaging For Extramammary Paget’s Disease Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to validate the use of ex-vivo confocal microscopy for the assessment of skin specimens derived from Mohs surgery compared to standard microscopy. To leverage deep learning models for classification, detection, and localization of tumor for extramammary Paget’s disease on ex-vivo confocal microscopy images. To leverage AI/ML to ex-vivo confocal microscopy imaging to facilitate microscopic-level imaging of extramammary Paget’s disease. To leverage deep learning models for classification, detection, and localization of tumor for extramammary Paget’s disease on frozen and permanent pathology WSIs. Comparison Of In-Home Versus In-Clinic Administration Of Subcutaneous Nivolumab Through Cancer CARE (Connected Access And Remote Expertise) Beyond Walls (CCBW) Program Jacksonville, Fla. This phase II trial compares the impact of subcutaneous (SC) nivolumab given in an in-home setting to an in-clinic setting on cancer care and quality of life. Currently, most drug-related cancer care is conducted in clinic type centers or hospitals which may isolate patients from family, friends and familiar surroundings for many hours per day. This separation adds to the physical, emotional, social, and financial burden for patients and their families. Traveling to and from medical facilities costs time, money, and effort and can be a disadvantage to patients living in rural areas, those with low incomes or poor access to transport. Studies have shown that cancer patients often feel more comfortable and secure being cared for in their own home environments. SC nivolumab in-home treatment may be safe, tolerable and/or effective when compared to in-clinic treatment and may reduce the burden of cancer and improve the quality of life in cancer patients. A Study To Evaluate The Development Of Patient Derived Xenografts In Patients With Breast Cancer Rochester, Minn. Collection of tissue and blood from patients with residual disease after neoadjuvant systemic therapy for breast cancer. We hope to use these samples to find out why some patients still have cancer after they have completed neoadjuvant anticancer therapy. A Study To Examine The Effects Of Novel Therapy Linvoseltamab In Combination With Other Cancer Treatments For Adult Participants With Multiple Myeloma That Is Resistant To Current Standard Of Care Treatments Rochester, Minn. This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab in combination with other drugs for the treatment of a blood cancer called multiple myeloma. Linvoseltamab has previously been studied as a single agent (without other cancer treatments) in participants with multiple myeloma that returned after prior therapies and needed to be treated again. In the initial study, some participants treated with linvoseltamab had improvement of their myeloma, including complete responses (no evidence of myeloma in their bodies). This study is the first time linvoseltamab will be combined with other cancer therapies. The main goal is to understand if linvoseltamab can be given safely with other cancer treatments, and if so, what dose of linvoseltamab should be used for each combination. The study is looking at several other research questions, including:* How many participants treated with linvoseltamab in combination with each of the other cancer treatments have improvement of their multiple myeloma* What side effects may happen from taking linvoseltamab together with another cancer treatment* How much study drug is in the blood at different times* Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug(s) (which could make the study drug(s) less effective or could lead to side effects) A Study To Assess Adverse Events Of Intravenously (IV) Infused ABBV-383 In Adult Participants With Relapsed Or Refractory Multiple Myeloma Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine adverse events and change in disease symptoms of ABBV-383 in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R Multiple Myeloma (MM). This study includes 2 parts; step-up dose optimization (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2). In Part 1, different level of step-up doses are tested followed by the target dose of ABBV-383. In Part 2, the step-up dose identified in Part 1 will be used followed by the target dose of ABBV-383. The Pediatric Acute Leukemia (PedAL) Screening Trial - A Study To Test Bone Marrow And Blood In Children With Leukemia That Has Come Back After Treatment Or Is Difficult To Treat - A Leukemia & Lymphoma Society And Children's Oncology Group Study Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to use clinical and biological characteristics of acute leukemias to screen for patient eligibility for available pediatric leukemia sub-trials. Genomic And Proteomic Analyses Of Aggressive Tumors Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to use genomic and proteomic analyses to identify possible diagnostic markers and potential drugs for diagnosing and treating aggressive tumor types or neoplastic processes. Genomic analyses mean looking at the genome, or all the DNA in a cell (DNA is a material in your body that is a genetic map or code that provides instructions that make up your genes). Proteomic analyses mean looking at the proteome, or all the proteins expressed, or made, by DNA at a specific moment in time A Study To Evaluate Yttrium-90 Therapy For Radiation Lobectomy Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The Patient Group 1 primary objective is to measure the distribution of 90Y glass microspheres throughout the tumor and non-tumor hepatic parenchyma, as assessed by same day postradioembolization study-specific non-FDG PET/CT scan. Correlate this measurement with mean lobar absorbed radiation dose and embolic load given to patients and time taken to achieve adequate Future Liver Remnant (> 40% of total liver volume) to determine if there is an optimal lobar dose and embolic load. The Patient Group 2 primary objectives are to assess the association of circulating and imaging biomarkers on Future Liver Remnant hypertrophy, and to assess progression-free survival between patients with HCC who underwent resection following Y-90 radioembolization with optimal dose and those who presented with an adequate Future Liver Remnant for resection (i.e., who were not treated pre-surgically). News & World Report.
