1. A Study to Test the Effectiveness of Two Immunotherapy Drugs (Nivolumab and Ipilimumab) with One Anti-cancer Targeted Drug (Cabozantinib) for Rare Genitourinary Tumors

   Rochester, Minn., Eau Claire, Wis., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to assess how well cabozantinib works in combination with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with rare genitourinary (GU) tumors that have spread to other places in the body. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with genitourinary tumors that have no treatment options compared to giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, or ipilimumab alone.

2. Differences In Immunological Effects Of Vitamin D Replacement Among African American Prostate Cancer Patients With Localized Versus Metastatic Disease

   The aims of this study are to evaluate the prevalence of vitamin D insufficiency among B/AA prostate cancer patients and to determine the deficits in immunity associated with vitamin D insufficiency. Also, we will evaluate whether the peripheral blood immune cell function is different in B/AA prostate cancer patients with metastatic disease as compared with those with localized disease.

3. Efineptakin alfa (NT-I7) Plus Pembrolizumab for the Treatment of Recurrent Glioblastoma

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the response rate to the combination of pembrolizumab and NT-I7 in patients with recurrent glioblastoma.

4. Effect of Agent Orange Exposure on Endocrine Tumor Aggressiveness

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The intent is to collect relevant clinical data on patients exposed to Agent Orange plus assessment of the tissue for genetic mutations known to be associated with growth of thyroid cancer and pituitary tumors and report our findings as a descriptive case series.

5. A Study to Evaluate Acalabrutinib With or Without Obinutuzumab to Treat Early-Stage Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma Patients

   Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn.

   This phase II trials studies how well acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab works in treating participants with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as obinutuzumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. It is not yet known whether giving acalabrutinib with or without obinutuzumab will work better in treating participants with early-stage chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.

6. DALY 2.0 USA/​ MB-CART2019.1 for DLBCL

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of MB-CART2019.1 cells administered following a conditioning lymphodepletion regimen in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) subjects who failed at least two lines of therapy as measured by objective response rate (ORR) at one month.

7. Investigation of Ubamatamab Combination Therapy in Adult Participants With Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   This study is researching an experimental drug called ubamatamab, also referred to as "study drug". The study is focused on patients who have advanced ovarian cancer. The aim of the study is to see how safe, tolerable, and effective the study drug is on its own and in combination with other anti-cancer drugs (bevacizumab, cemiplimab, fianlimab and a standard chemotherapy drug, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin \[PLD\]), referred to as "combination drugs'. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug and its experimental combinations * How much study drug and fianlimab is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects) and its combinations

8. Testing the Addition of a New Drug, Venetoclax, to the Usual Treatment (Ibrutinib and Rituximab) for Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia/Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of ibrutinib and rituximab with or without venetoclax in treating patients with previously untreated Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia/lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Venetoclax may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Giving venetoclax with ibrutinib and rituximab with may work better in treating patients with previously untreated Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia than ibrutinib and rituximab alone.
