A Study to Evaluate IMGN632 with Venetoclax and/or Azacitidine to Treat Patients with CD123-Positive Acute Myeloid Leukemia Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is is to determine the safety and tolerability of IMGN632 and assess the antileukemia activity of IMGN632 when administered in combination with azacitidine and/or venetoclax in patients with relapsed and frontline CD123-positive AML, and antileukemia activity of IMGN632 when administered as monotherapy in patients with MRD+ AML after frontline treatment. A Study to Determine the Outcomes of Patients With Localized B Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (B-LLy) When Treated With Standard Risk B-ALL Therapy Rochester, Minn. AALL1731 is a group-wide risk-stratified trial for children with newly diagnosed B-ALL and localized B-lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LLy) that will test if the addition of blinatumomab to standard chemotherapy in patients with NCI SR B-ALL at highest risk for relapse will improve disease-free survival (DFS). Risk stratification will be determined by traditional prognosticators (tumor genetics, extent of extramedullary involvement, early response to therapy as determined by flow cytometry) combined with the new DNA-based MRD detection technology of high throughput sequencing (HTS) of the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH). 18F-fluciclovine PET/MRI Imaging for the Detection of Tumor Recurrence After Radiation Injury to the Brain Jacksonville, Fla. The goal of this study is to further evaluate the ability of fluciclovine PET to discriminate between radiation necrosis and tumor progression in patients with previously irradiated intracranial metastatic disease. Gemini Study to Evaluate the Integration of Cancer Genetic Testing into a Cancer Clinical Practice at Mayo Clinic at Arizona Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to determine the prevalence of genetic mutations in cancer patients from various ethnic populations seeking care at Mayo Clinic cancer clinics. A Study to Evaluate Web-Based Physical Activity Intervention in Children and Adolescents with Newly Diagnosed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in First Remission Rochester, Minn. The primary purpose of this study is to compare the effects of a rewards-and web-based physical activity intervention that includes structured social interaction between participants to the same web-based physical activity intervention that does not include structured social interaction on fitness among children and adolescents following treatment for cancer. A Study to Evaluate Duloxetine to Prevent Oxaliplatin-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy in Patients With Stage II-III Colorectal Cancer Rochester, Minn., Mankato, Minn., Eau Claire, Wis. The purpose of this study is to determine the best dose of duloxetine and how well it works in preventing pain, tingling, and numbness (peripheral neuropathy) caused by treatment with oxaliplatin in patients with stage II-III colorectal cancer. Duloxetine increases the amount of certain chemicals in the brain that help relieve depression and pain. Giving duloxetine in patients undergoing treatment with oxaliplatin for colorectal cancer may help prevent peripheral neuropathy. A Study of Daunorubicin and Cytarabine With or Without Uproleselan in Treating Older Adult Patients With Acute Myeloid Leukemia Receiving Intensive Induction Chemotherapy Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well daunorubicin and cytarabine, with or without uproleselan, works in treating older adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia receiving intensive induction chemotherapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as daunorubicin and cytarabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Uproleselan may prevent cancer from returning or getting worse. Giving daunorubicin and cytarabine with uproleselan may work better in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia compared to daunorubicin and cytarabine alone. A Study to Evaluate DS-8201a Combined with Olaparib in HER2-Expressing Cancers with Expansion in Endometrial Cancer Patients Testing the Combination of DS-8201a and Olaparib in HER2-Expressing Cancers With Expansion in Patients With Endometrial Cancer Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination of DS-8201a in combination with olaparib, and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) 1.1.2 To evaluate the safety and tolerability of this combination in a dose expansion cohort in patients with uterine serous carcinoma. A Study to Develop Liquid Biopsy for Pediatric Brain Tumor Patients Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to confirm detection of the H3K27M mutation in patient biofluids (CSF, blood, urine, saliva) and uncover the molecular histone (alkaline protein) profile of H3K trimethylation and H3S phosphorylation in the circulating nucleosomes isolated from the biofluids of patients with H3K27M tumors. Testing the Addition of MEDI4736 (Durvalumab) to Chemotherapy Before Surgery for Patients With High-Grade Upper Urinary Tract Cancer Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of adding durvalumab to chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone before surgery in treating patients with upper urinary tract cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin, cisplatin, and gemcitabine work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Durvalumab in combination with chemotherapy before surgery may enhance the shrinking of the tumor compared to chemotherapy alone.
