1. A Registry Called Every Child for Collecting Data and Biology Specimens on Younger Patients with Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this registry called Every Child, is to collect data and biospecimens from multiple body sources for younger patients with cancer over time. Gathering health information over time from younger patients with cancer may help doctors find better methods of treatment and on-going care.

2. A Study to Evaluate DS-8201a Combined with Olaparib in HER2-Expressing Cancers with Expansion in Endometrial Cancer Patients Testing the Combination of DS-8201a and Olaparib in HER2-Expressing Cancers With Expansion in Patients With Endometrial Cancer

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination of DS-8201a in combination with olaparib, and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) 1.1.2 To evaluate the safety and tolerability of this combination in a dose expansion cohort in patients with uterine serous carcinoma.

3. Axicabtagene Ciloleucel versus Standard of Care Therapy as First-Line Therapy in High-Risk Large B-Cell Lymphoma

   Rochester, Minn., Mankato, Minn., La Crosse, Wis., Eau Claire, Wis., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Albert Lea, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of axicabtagene ciloleucel versus standard of care therapy (SOCT), as measured by eventfree survival (EFS). Additionally, to compare the effectiveness of axicabtagene ciloleucel versus SOCT, as measured by progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).

4. A Study of Navicixizumab Monotherapy or in Combination in Patients With Select Advanced Solid Tumors

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to investigate the antitumor activity of navicixizumab monotherapy or in combination with paclitaxel or irinotecan in patients with advanced solid tumors including:

   • Cohort A: Colorectal cancer (CRC);
   • Cohort B: Gastric and gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer;
   • Cohort C: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC);
   • Cohort D: Platinum-resistant/refractory epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer (ovarian cancer).

5. Oncolytic Adenovirus Coding For TNFa And IL2 (TILT-123) With Pembrolizumab Or Pembrolizumab And Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin As Treatment For Ovarian Cancer. (PROTA)

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety [including dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs)] of the combination therapy of TILT-123 and pembrolizumab in patients with platinum resistant or refractory ovarian cancer.

6. A Study of Tucatinib With Trastuzumab and mFOLFOX6 Versus Standard of Care Treatment in First-line HER2+ Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (MOUNTAINEER-03)

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to find out if tucatinib with other cancer drugs works better than standard of care to treat participants with HER2 positive colorectal cancer. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating your disease. Participants in this study have colorectal cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) and/or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). 

7. BiCaZO: A Study Combining Two Immunotherapies (Cabozantinib and Nivolumab) to Treat Patients With Advanced Melanoma or Squamous Cell Head and Neck Cancer, an immunoMATCH Pilot Study

   Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of molecular characterization based on tumor mutational burden (TMB) for participant stratification, as assessed by the proportion of participants with less than or equal to a 21-day turnaround time for biopsy results in Stage I of the study. Also, to evaluate the feasibility of molecular characterization based on TMB and gene expression profiling (GEP) (for TIS - tumor inflammation signature) for stratification in the overall study (Stage I and Stage II). Additinoally, to evaluate the effectiveness by overall response rate (ORR – defined as confirmed and unconfirmed partial responses plus complete responses) of cabozantinib plus nivolumab in each disease cohort, both across and within tumor biomarker subgroups.

8. A Study of Intratumoral Injection of Autologous Dendritic Cells after High-Dose Conformal External Beam Radiotherapy in Patients with Unresectable Liver Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The primary purpose of the pilot study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of an autologous dendritic cells (DC) vaccine delivered by intra-tumoral injection in patients with primary liver cancer treated with high-dose conformal external beam radiotherapy (EBRT).

   The primary purpose of the phase II study is to estimate the progression-free survival rate at 2 years post-registration to see if treatment is efficacious compared to historical data.

9. A Study of Lutetium Lu 177 Dotatate (Lutathera®) in Patients with Inoperable, Progressive Meningioma after External Beam Radiation Therapy

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to estimate the efficacy of LUTATHERA treatment in patients with recurrent grade 1 meningioma as measured by 6-month PFS rate, and to estimate the efficacy of LUTATHERA treatment in patients with recurrent grade 2 or 3 meningioma as measured by 6-month PFS rate.

    

10. Group Curriculum for Improving Survivorship Outcomes in Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors

    The purpose of this study is to develop the curriculum and assess its feasibility and impact on equipping young adults to better manage these aspects of survivorship: follow up medical care, work/school life, relationships and coping with the emotional impact of cancer survivorship.
