1. Sapanisertib in Treating Patients With Metastatic or Refractory Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor That Cannot Be Removed by Surgery

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn.

   This phase II trial studies how well sapanisertib works in treating patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor that has spread to other places in the body, does not respond to treatment, or cannot be surgically removed. Drugs such as sapanisertib may stop the growth or shrink tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth

2. A Clinical Use Application for the Humanitarian Use Device Exemption Use Protocol of TheraSphere for Treatment of Unresectable Primary or Secondary Liver Neoplasia

   Eau Claire, Wis.

   This protocol allows multiple treatments with TheraSphere® that may be delivered on an outpatient basis. Patients may receive a single dose to a liver lobe or segmental treatment delivered as a sequence of treatments approximately 30-90 days apart. The principal clinician, working with a multidisciplinary team, will develop a specific treatment plan for each patient, based upon the presenting condition of the patient, the vascular anatomy and the desired goal of treatment.

3. A Study to Validate DNA Methylation Markers for Universal and Site-specific Guided Cancer Detection

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to validate candidate universal and site-specific methylated DNA markers (MDMs) in DNA extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin embedded primary tumor and control specimens.

4. Breath Condensate of Lung Cancer Patients and Healthy Controls to Measure RNA Species in Exhaled Breath Condensate

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to develop tests for early detection of lung cancer or lung fibrosis based on multiomics analyses of patients’ breath condensates.  

5. Study of CG0070 Given in Patients With Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer ,Unresponsive to Bacillus-Calmette-Guerin

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the activity of intravesical (IVE) administration of Cretostimogene Grenadenorepvec in patients with tissue pathology confirmed non-muscule invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) who have Bacillus-Calmette-Guerin (BCG) unresponsive disease, with either carcinoma in situ with or without Ta/T1 disease.

6. First in Human Study of TORL-1-23 in Participants With Advanced Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of tis first-in-human study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity of TORL-1-23 in patients with advanced cancer.

7. Evaluate REC-4881 in Patients With FAP (TUPELO)

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this trial is to  designed to characterize the safety, tolerability, PK, PD, and preliminary activity of REC-4881 administered orally (PO) at multiple doses on a once daily schedule in participants with phenotypic classical FAP with disease involvement of the duodenum or the residual colon/rectum/pouch as the primary disease site.

8. A Study to Compare Standard Chemotherapy to Therapy With CPX-351 and/or Gilteritinib to To Treat Newly-diagnosed AML with or without FLT3 Mutations

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to compare standard chemotherapy to therapy with CPX-351 and/or gilteritinib for patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia with or without FLT3 mutations. 

9. A Study to Evaluate Combination Therapy to Treat Newly-diagnosed Diffuse Anaplastic Wilms Tumors and Relapsed Favorable Histology Wilms Tumors A Study of Combination Chemotherapy for Patients With Newly Diagnosed DAWT and Relapsed FHWT

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV diffuse anaplastic Wilms tumors (DAWT) or favorable histology Wilms tumors (FHWT) that have come back (relapsed). Drugs used in chemotherapy regimens such as UH-3 (vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, carboplatin, etoposide, and irinotecan) and ICE/Cyclo/Topo (ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, and topotecan) work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

   This trial may help doctors find out what effects, good and/or bad, regimen UH-3 has on patients with newly diagnosed DAWT and standard risk relapsed FHWT (those treated with only 2 drugs for the initial WT) and regimen ICE/Cyclo/Topo has on patients with high and very high risk relapsed FHWT (those treated with 3 or more drugs for the initial WT).

10. 3D Ultrasound for the Imaging of Axillary Lymph Nodes in Patients With Breast Cancer

    The overall goal of this project is to study a new 3D ultrasound imaging technology for evaluation of axillary lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer.
