1. Cutaneous Tissue Using Ex Vivo Fluorescence Confocal Microscopy

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study, as a proof-of-concept, is to investigate whether ex vivo fluorescence microscopy can provide adequate visualization of cutaneous tissue for determination of non-melanoma skin cancer tumor presence in a sample of up to 250 residual skin specimens.

2. Testing Whether High Dose Chemotherapy And Infusion Of The Patients' Own Stem Cells Improves Survival In Patients With Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma Who Achieved A Complete Response At The End Of The Initial Chemotherapy

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

   This phase III trial compares the effect of high dose chemotherapy and the patients' own (autologous) stem cells to observation only in patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma who achieved a complete response after initial chemotherapy. Usual treatment after a complete response may include observation or high dose chemotherapy followed by an autologous stem cell transplant, however, it is not known if a transplant if beneficial. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill cancer cells in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. Stem cells removed prior to treatment are then returned to the patient to replace the blood forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Giving high dose chemotherapy followed by an autologous stem cell transplant may be more effective compared to observation only in treating patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma who have achieved a complete response after initial chemotherapy.

   Multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation, safety, tolerability, PK and pharmacodynamic study with a dose expansion at the RP2D to evaluate safety and potential antitumor activity of Q901 as a monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab

4. Cerebrospinal Fluid Biomarkers For Brain Tumors

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to help generate a repository of Cerebrospinal  Fluid (CSF) samples relevant to neuro-oncology research that may facilitate the identification of biomarkers that are predictive of disease burden, therapeutic susceptibility or response to therapy. This protocol will also provide a vehicle for CSF access for patients or providers wishing to generate or evaluate individualized biomarkers as part of other research or individualized therapy protocols.

5. A Study Of Nipple Reconstruction Following Post-Mastectomy Breast Reconstruction

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to determine what patient or clinical factors are predictive for the choice to have nipple reconstruction or type of nipple reconstruction.

6. Low-grade UTUC Treated With Nadofaragene Firadenovec Administered To Renal Pelvis

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The primary purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety \& tolerability of Nadofaragene Firadenovec in subjects with LG-UTUC. To help with this evaluation, a safety lead-in period will be conducted for the first 6 subjects. Complete response is at 3 or 6 months defined as absence of any UTUC in the renal pelvis.

7. Study Of Gastric Cancer And Limited Peritoneal Metastasis Using Robotic Cytoreduction And Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to assess short-term morbidity and disease-free survival outcomes for patients with gastric adenocarcinoma with limited low volume peritoneal metastasis and/or positive peritoneal cytology undergoing robotic cytoreduction and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

8. Undiagnosed Tumor/Undifferentiated Mass Registry

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to create a research registry to prospectively collect research biospecimens and corresponding clinical data from subjects with an undiagnosed tumor or undifferentiated mass.

9. A Clinical Use Application for the Humanitarian Use Device Exemption Use Protocol of TheraSphere for Treatment of Unresectable Primary or Secondary Liver Neoplasia

   Eau Claire, Wis.

   This protocol allows multiple treatments with TheraSphere® that may be delivered on an outpatient basis. Patients may receive a single dose to a liver lobe or segmental treatment delivered as a sequence of treatments approximately 30-90 days apart. The principal clinician, working with a multidisciplinary team, will develop a specific treatment plan for each patient, based upon the presenting condition of the patient, the vascular anatomy and the desired goal of treatment.

10. Cell, Serum, and Buccal Bank for Patients with Chronic Myeloid Disorders and Acute Leukemia

    This study is being done to store blood, buccal (cheek) cells, genetic material including DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) and RNA (ribonucleic acid), and bone marrow so that they can be used for laboratory studies that may contribute to finding the causes of disease and factors that may determine disease progression and treatment response.
