1. A Study Evaluating The Safety, Efficacy, And Pharmacokinetics Of Mosunetuzumab And A Combined Regimen Of Mosunetuzumab And Venetoclax In Participants With Relapsed Or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

   Rochester, Minn.

   This study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmaokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of mosunetuzumab (Lunsumio) monotherapy in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). This study will also allow participants who are currently progressing on a Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (BTKi) and requiring salvage therapy as assessed by the treating physician to continue their BTKi throughout the screening period and for the first two cycles of mosunetuzumab. An additional arm (open to non-US participants only) has been added to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of mosunetuzumab in combination with venetoclax, a B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL2) inhibitor.

2. MC1733, Phase I Trial Of Intratumoral Administration Of A Measles Virus Derivative Expressing The Helicobacter Pylori Neutrophil-activating Protein (NAP) (MV-s-NAP) In Patients With Metastatic Breast Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   To determine the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) of intratumoral administration of an Edmonston strain measeles virus genetically engineered to express NAP (MV-s-NAP) in patients with metastatic breast cancer; to determine the safety and toxicity of on-time and serial administration of MV-s-NAP in patients with metastic breast cancer. 

3. Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) In Combination With Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab Alone In Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Programmed Cell Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1) Tumor Proportion Score (TPS) ≥ 50% (MK-2870-007)

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The primary objective of the study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan combined with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone with respect to overall survival (OS). The primary hypothesis is that the combination of sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab alone with respect to OS. All participants who have completed the first course of pembrolizumab may be eligible for up to an additional 9 cycles of pembrolizumab monotherapy if there is blinded independent central review (BICR)-verified progressive disease by Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) after initial treatment.

4. International Registry For Men With Advanced Prostate Cancer (IRONMAN)

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this registry is to collect detailed clinical, epidemiological and biological information from 5,000 male patients with advanced prostate cancer.

   The objectives are to describe the practice patterns of therapeutic agents for treatment of advanced prostate cancer internationally; to assess whether specific treatment patterns are associated with clinically significant adverse events, and evaluate potential interactions with concomitant medications or demographic factors; to identify associations between treatment sequences or combinations and overall survival; to define the patient experience of men with advanced prostate cancer and identify unmet needs in their treatment; and to identify clinical and molecular disease subtypes that predict response to individual treatments, combinations, or sequences.

5. Testing The Use Of Chemotherapy After Surgery For High-Risk Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.

6. Expanded Access Study For The Treatment Of Patients With Commercially Out-of-Specification Axicabtagene Ciloleucel

   The goal of this study is to provide access to axicabtagene ciloleucel for patients diagnosed with a disease approved for treatment with axicabtagene ciloleucel, that is otherwise out of specification for commercial release.

7. Bladder Bank (A Prospective Banking Study)

   The purpose of this study is to establish samples (blood and urine) to support the development of non-invasive tests for early detection of bladder cancer 

8. A Study Of The Drugs Selumetinib Vs. Carboplatin And Vincristine In Patients With Low-Grade Glioma

   Rochester, Minn.

   This study aims to demonstrate that the efficacy of treatment with selumetinib as measured by event-free survival (EFS) is non-inferior compared to treatment with carboplatin/vincristine (CV) in previously-untreated low-grade glioma (LGG) not associated with BRAFV600E mutations or systemic neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).

9. ORACLE: Observation Of ResiduAl Cancer With Liquid Biopsy Evaluation (ORACLE)

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of ORACLE is to demonstrate the ability of a novel ctDNA assay developed by Guardant Health to detect recurrence in individuals treated for early-stage solid tumors. It is necessary that ctDNA test results are linked to clinical outcomes in order to demonstrate clinical validity for recurrence detection and explore its value in a healthcare environment subject to cost containment.

10. A Study Of 177Lu-FAP-2286 In Advanced Solid Tumors

    Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is a cell surface protein that is highly expressed on the surface of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) present in the tumor microenvironment of most epithelial cancers, whereas limited expression of FAP is observed in normal tissues. In some cancers of mesenchymal origin, notably sarcoma and mesothelioma, FAP expression has also been observed on the tumor cells themselves. Given the restricted expression profile, FAP is a promising target for peptide-targeted radionuclide imaging and therapeutic agents.
    
    Phase 1 of this study is designed to evaluate the safety and establish the recommended intravenous (IV) Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 monotherapy in participants with FAP expressing solid tumors.
    
    Phase 2 is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 as monotherapy in participants with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and breast cancer (BC) and in combination with chemotherapy in participants with untreated PDAC or relapsed NSCLC.
    
    Participants in both Phase 1 and 2 will be selected for treatment with \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 based on \[68Ga\]Ga FAP 2286 imaging for determining tumor FAP expression.
