1. GENetic Risk Estimation of Breast Cancer Prior to Decisions on Preventive Therapy Uptake, Risk Reducing Surgery or Intensive Imaging Surveillance

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The primary aim of this study is to determine if the addition of an individual polygenic risk score (PRS) in addition to the Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Tool (BCRAT) or Tyrer-Cuzick (IBIS) score will aid women at risk of breast cancer in making a decision to take (or not take) medications to prevent breast cancer.

2. Exploring Mechanisms of Action and Resistance of Therapeutic Agents in Patients with B-cell Malignancies

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   This study is being performed to understand the causes of drug resistance and to improve the treatment options for patients diagnosed with B-cell cancers. We aim to identify the reasons why certain therapies work and others don’t and as result- develop new treatments for blood cancers.

3. ALPN-202 With PD-1 Inhibition in Advanced Malignancies

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate ALPN-202 with PD-1 inhibition to treat adults with advanced solid tumors or lymphoma.

4. A Study of Cell, Serum, and Bone Marrow Bank for Patients receiving Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cell Therapy for the Treatment of Cancer

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to store blood, serum and bone marrow so that they can be used for laboratory studies that may contribute to finding the exact function of the CART cells or T-cell engager therapy such as bispecific and trispecific antibodies and the factors that may determine disease progression and treatment response.

5. Inotuzumab Ozogamicin in Treating Younger Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CD22 Positive B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

   Rochester, Minn.

   This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Immunotoxins, such as inotuzumab ozogamicin, are antibodies linked to a toxic substance and may help find cancer cells that express CD22 and kill them without harming normal cells.

6. Safety/Efficacy of MEDI-551 in Combination With Immunomodulating Therapies in Subjects With Aggressive B-cell Lymphomas

   Rochester, Minn.

   This is a Phase 1b/2 open-label study to evaluate the safety/efficacy of MEDI-551 + MEDI0680 (AMP-514) in participants with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell lymphomas who have failed 1-2 prior lines of therapy. The primary objectives are to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or highest protocol-defined dose (HPDD); in the absence of exceeding the MTD of MEDI-551 in combination with MEDI0680 (AMP-514); and to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and clinical activity of MEDI-551 in combination with MEDI0680 (AMP-514).

7. cfDNA Assay Prospective Observational Validation for Early Cancer Detection and Minimal Residual Disease (CAMPERR)

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this multicenter prospective observational case-control study is to train and validate Adela’s cfMeDIP-seq based methylome profiling platform to detect and differentiate multiple cancer subtypes. In addition, this study includes longitudinal follow-up for a subset of participants to train and validate the methylome profiling platform to detect minimal residual disease and recurrence.

8. A Study to Evaluate Abemaciclib for Surgically Resectable, Chemotherapy-Resistant, Triple Negative Breast Cancer

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effects of abemaciclib on the CD8/FOXP3 ratio in chemotherapy-resistant triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients following neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

9. A Study to Identify Biomarkers in the Blood, Saliva or Tissue for Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to identify a biomarker (or biomarkers) that is present when disease is present (i.e., at diagnosis or recurrence) and not present when disease is absent (i.e., after treatment, in HPV negative patients or in normal controls).

10. Efficacy and Safety of Nemtabrutinib (MK-1026) in Participants With Hematologic Malignancies (MK-1026-003)

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of MK-1026 (formerly ARQ 531) in participants with hematologic malignancies of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/ small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), Richter's transformation, marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and macroglobulinemia (WM).
