Biographical summary
Hay Me Me, M.B.B.S., is a transplant nephrologist at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She specializes in the care of patients with kidney disease and kidney failure and is a member of Mayo Clinic’s Kidney Transplant Program and Pancreas Transplant Program.
Dr. Me serves as a waitlist medical director for the kidney transplant program. She provides comprehensive care for patients being evaluated for kidney or pancreas transplantation, as well as for transplant recipients following surgery. She works with multidisciplinary transplant teams to coordinate evaluation, monitor kidney health and support ongoing care throughout the transplant process.
Dr. Me completed subspecialty fellowship training in renal transplantation through Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education in Arizona. She also completed a fellowship in glomerular disease through GlomCon, providing additional training related to diseases that affect the kidney’s filtering structures.
Dr. Me is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Her academic accomplishments include recognition for research and preventive and social medicine.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Me is involved in transplant nephrology education. She serves as core faculty for the Transplant Nephrology Fellowship Program and as a member of its Clinical Competency Committee, contributing to the training and assessment of transplant nephrology fellows.
