Dr. Makhni completed her medical degree at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and her undergraduate degree at MIT. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Michigan and a fellowship in clinical informatics at the University of Chicago, where she also earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics. She is passionate about leveraging her diverse background to improve patient lives through the safe, fair, and effective use of technology.
