Biographical summary
Mira A. Kohorst, M.D., is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist with specialty interest in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy. Her clinical focus includes:
- The utilization of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, cellular therapy, and immunotherapy for the treatment of pediatric malignant and non-malignant diseases
- Expertise in management of high risk leukemia and lymphoma patients
- Special interest in novel therapeutics such as CAR T-cell therapy for the management of pediatric leukemia and other malignancies
- Discerning individualized care using her background in clinical pharmacology
