Stress Management and Relaxation
Stress Management and Relaxation is a 60-minute class taught in the Patient Education Center. After completing this class, you should be able to:
- Identify common stress-related signs and symptoms
- Contrast negative and positive responses to stress
- Compare the relaxation response to the stress response.
- Discuss healthy habits that help relieve stress and how to incorporate them into daily life.
This class includes instruction, discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. You'll receive a packet containing a summary of class content and related materials for future reference.
