Living Well With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Living Well With Rheumatoid Arthritis is a free 60-minute class. Class content includes an explanation of rheumatoid arthritis, including information and strategies to help patients make healthy-living decisions related to nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and moderation or modification of activity. After attending this class, you should be able to:

  • Describe nutrition strategies to help with rheumatoid arthritis
  • Describe the importance of physical activity
  • Identify strategies to manage stress and practice relaxation techniques
  • Identify strategies to moderate or modify activity
