Karina Nieto, M.D., M.B.A.

Karina Nieto, M.D., M.B.A., is a board-certified radiation oncologist with specialized expertise in gynecologic and interstitial brachytherapy. She serves as the Director of Brachytherapy in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Nieto earned her medical degree from Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine and completed her residency in radiation oncology at Wake Forest. She also holds an Executive M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she focused on strategic leadership and healthcare innovation.

Dr. Nieto's clinical practice focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on complex brachytherapy techniques, including interstitial and image-guided approaches for gynecologic and pelvic malignancies.
