Biographical summary
Natalie Griffin, M.D., is a board-certified internal medicine physician who cares for people in Rochester, Minnesota, and surrounding areas. She provides comprehensive care services with a focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and individualized screening. Dr. Griffin has particular expertise in women’s health, including menopause management and evaluation of breast cancer risk.
Along with her clinical practice, Dr. Griffin serves as a Consultant in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic and as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. She is actively involved in medical education, curriculum development, and mentorship of medical students and residents.

She teaches physical examination and clinical reasoning skills to medical students and residents and directs the ICC Longitudinal Course for First-Year Medical Students at Mayo Clinic. Her research has addressed metabolic risk prevention, quality improvement, and medical education, and she has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.
