Biographical summary
John F. Sullivan, D.O., is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and fellowship-trained in emergency medicine ultrasound. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Sullivan is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed both his residency and fellowship at Naval Hospital Jacksonville and UF Health Jacksonville, respectively. He previously served as core faculty and ultrasound program director at the Naval Hospital Jacksonville Family Medicine Residency.
Dr. Sullivan's clinical practice focuses on partnering with patients to provide practical and evidence-based medicine in support of improving health outcomes. In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Sullivan is active in education, research and clinical innovation.
