John F. Sullivan, D.O., FAAFP

John Sullivan, D.O., FAAFP, is a Senior Associate Consultant in the Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, where he provides care for individuals and families throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas. He also serves as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Dr. Sullivan specializes in the prevention and management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and obesity, and is dedicated to offering personalized care plans that improve health outcomes over time.
