The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of MYDAYIS® as an augmentation agent for bipolar depression.
The purpose of this study is to see if an experimental agent, when given to subjects who wish to abstain from cocaine, will decrease their craving for cocaine and prevent them from relapsing and returning to cocaine use. This experimental agent is called AAV8-hCocH; and it is a gene modified viral vector. We want to determine the safety of its use in adults who have a cocaine use disorder in sustained remission.

This study aims to compare an additional support program (text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling) with usual care in making sure breast cancer patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed (medication adherence).
The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of HappiGenius curriculum in 3rd grade students attending elementary school in the Rochester Public Schools system (Rochester, MN). Convenience samples are selected from students in classrooms receiving the HappiGenius curriculum in their normal school curriculum and students in classrooms that have opted not to have HappiGenius in their classroom this term. For the study, questionnaires will be administered at the start and conclusion of HappiGenius lessons to determine whether HappiGenius curriculum delivers the core competencies of improved attention, positive affect, self-awareness, sociality, and self-kindness.
